Introduction of Quimby Act Implementation Ordinance and Parks Impact Fee <br />Ordinance <br /> <br />Council Member Howard clarified that upon consideration of this item that Council <br />directed staff to gather data regarding commercial development to determine at a <br />future date whether commercial development should be subject to the fee. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />1.
