RESOLUTION 14813 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF MASTER AGREEMENTS, PROGRAM <br />SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT, FUND EXCHANGE AGREEMENTS AND /OR FUND <br />TRANSFER AGREEMENTS FOR LOCAL AGENCY FEDERAL AND PROJECTS; AND <br />DESIGNATING THE CITY MANAGER AS THE AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE TO <br />EXECUTE ALL MASTER AGREEMENTS; AND DESIGNATING THE CITY ENGINEER AS <br />THE AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE TO EXECUTE ALL PROGRAM SUPPLEMENTAL <br />AGREEMENTS, FUND EXCHANGE AGREEMENTS AND /OR FUND TRANSFER <br />AGREEMENTS RELATED TO THE MASTER AGREEMENT <br />6.4 Section — Ordinances (Introduction /First Reading) <br />A. Introduction of Quimby Act Implementation Ordinance and Parks Impact Fee <br />Ordinance <br />Council Member Howard clarified that upon consideration of this item that Council <br />directed staff to gather data regarding commercial development to determine at a <br />future date whether commercial development should be subject to the fee. <br />Recommendation <br />1. Introduce an ordinance adding Article XVI to Chapter 18 (Local <br />Improvements And Planning) of the City Code Regarding the Parks Impact <br />Fee and Setting the Rates for Such Fee at 50% of the possible maximum. <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, ADDING <br />ARTICLE XVI TO CHAPTER 18 (LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS AND PLANNING) OF THE <br />CITY CODE REGARDING THE PARKS IMPACT FEE AND SETTING THE RATES <br />FOR SUCH FEE <br />2.
