6.C. - Page 33 of 33 <br />The current project construction schedule is twenty-four (24) months. The project <br />management and inspection services for the construction phase as set forth in the <br />Scope of Work (Exhibit A), reflects a twenty-four (24) month construction phase <br />schedule. If the duration of the construction phase changes for any reason, City and <br />Consultant shall negotiate and execute an amendment to this Agreement taking into <br />account the following: <br />• All of the tasks listed in the Scope of Work (Exhibit A) for the construction <br />phrase shall be completed, and <br />• For each month of the construction phase, the fixed cost per month shall <br />not exceed $103,539. <br />Notwithstanding any modification to construction phase duration through an <br />amendment to this Agreement, the duration of the Pre -Construction, Bid & Contract <br />Award, Project Close -Out, and 9 -month Warranty Walk periods shall remain the same. <br />REV: 08-28-19 PR <br />ATTY/AGR.2019.216/Gilbane (Page 30 of 30) <br />101 <br />
