A <br />lobby/leasing area would be on the ground floor fronting EI Camino Real. <br />COMMENTS SOUGHT DURING THE STUDY SESSION <br />During the study session, members of the City Council and members of the public may wish to comment <br />on overall impressions of the project at this time, project elements that should be supported and project <br />elements that should be revisited by the Developer. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />All costs associated with consideration of the project will be borne by the Applicant. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />An Environmental Impact Report (EIR) is required for the proposed project. <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />On August 30, 2019, at least ten days before to the hearing date, notice of the City Council hearing was <br />mailed to owners and tenants within 300 feet of the project site, sent to interested parties, placed in the <br />Redwood City Daily Journal, and posted on the website. <br />FUTURE STEPS <br />When the Draft EIR is complete, it will be released for a public comment and review period of 45 - <br />days. During this time, the City will hold a public hearing with the Planning Commission to receive <br />comments on the Draft EIR. After the conclusion of the review period, the staff and consultant team <br />will evaluate the comments and prepare Responses to Comments (RTC) and the Final EIR. The proposed <br />project be considered by the Architectural Advisory Committee, Transportation Advisory Committee, <br />Historic Resources Advisory Committee, and Planning Commission.
