By motion, approve Final Map No. 2018-002, the Subdivision Map for the 515 Cleveland Street <br />development at Cleveland and Harrison; <br />2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an improvement agreement with <br />Harrison, L.P; <br />3. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a landscape maintenance agreement <br />with Harrison, L.P; and <br />4. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a stormwater treatment measures and <br />maintenance Agreement with Harrison, L.P. <br />STRATEGIC INITIATIVE <br />Housing <br />BACKGROUND <br />The project includes the subdivision of seven existing parcels totaling 0.73 acres into a 17 -unit, for -sale <br />condominium development at the corner of Cleveland Street and Harrison Avenue (515 Cleveland <br />Project).
