ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12806 June 24, 1996 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING APPROVAL, PURSUANT TO <br /> CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT, OF <br /> AMENDMENT TO DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT PERTAINING <br /> TO REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT, AND IN THE VICINITY OF, <br /> 600 ORACLE PARKWAY, CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, MAKING <br /> CERTAIN FINDINGS PERTAINING TO A PROPOSED PROJECT <br /> PURSUANT THERETO, AND STATING OVERRIDING <br /> CONSIDERATIONS RELATING TO ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACTS <br /> FROM SAID PROJECT WHICH CANNOT BE MITIGATED <br /> <br /> (CENTRUM ASSOCIATES, ORACLE CORPORATION, <br /> CENTRUM OWNERS ASSOCIATION) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City and Campeau Corporation entered <br />into a development agreement dated as of August 6, 1986, recorded August 8, <br />1986, and filed as document No. 86094609, Official Records of San Mateo <br />County, California, (the "Original Development Agreement"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Original Development Agreement was amended by <br />agreement dated January 31, 1991, recorded February 7, 1991, as document <br />No. 91013945, Official Records of San Mateo County, California, (the "First <br />Amendment"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Centrum Associates, a California general partnership <br />("Centrum"), Oracle Corporation ("Oracle"), and Centrum Owners Association <br />("Centrum Owners") are the successors in interest to Campeau, the respective <br />interests of which more particularly appear in the "Second Amendment" <br />hereinafter defined; and <br /> <br /> 12806 <br /> <br /> <br />
