Section 8. The Tentative Map, Condominium Permit, Planned <br />Development Permit, Architectural Permit and waiver of the on-site visitor parking <br />requirement are hereby granted based on the Planning Commission's <br />consideration and reliance on the CEQA memorandum and the required permit <br />findings and in accordance with the plans, details, and descriptions and subject <br />to the Conditions of Approval in Exhibit A. <br />Section 9.
