Section 6. Under Section 40.10(A) of the Redwood City Code, the Planning <br />Commission finds that the Project conforms to the Historic Preservation Ordinance and <br />would not adversely affect the character of the non -designated historic resource. <br />Section 7. The Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City hereby <br />approves the Downtown Planned Community Permit Project, consistent with the DTPP, <br />and Chapter 40 (Historic Preservation) of the Redwood City Code, subject to the <br />Conditions of Approval set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated by <br />reference. <br />Section 8.
