That certain agreement entitled "Assignment & Assumption Agreement" <br />(form dated E\191\035\assign.imp), by and between Mezes Court Associates <br />and J.H.R Trust, dba, The Raiser Organization for the construction of the Offsite <br />Improvements for the City Centre Plaza, a copy of which agreement is on file in <br />the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager and City Clerk are <br />hereby directed, respectively, to execute and attest said agreement on behalf of <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> Reso-48 <br /> G:/shared~Redwood/Council <br /> 06/07/96 <br /> FXS:rg <br /> <br /> <br />
