9. <br />Recommendation: <br />Receive public comment and provide individual Councilmember comment on <br />overall impressions of the project application. No action is requested at this <br />time. Approval of residential permit parking ordinance amendments and updates to <br />program policy and procedures, and feedback on proposed administrative fee <br />(703) MO 19-180 <br />Parking and Transportation Demand Manager Christian Hammack made a <br />presentation. <br />Public Comment: <br />• Lou Covey <br />• Carol Park <br />• Larry Purcell <br />• Isabella Chu <br />• Pedro Sanchez <br />• David Walker <br />• Gary Dilley <br />• Frank Bradley <br />Recommendation: <br />1) Waive first reading and introduce ordinance amendments to City Code <br />Chapter 20, Article VII, Division 11, pertaining to Residential Permit Parking; <br />2) Provide feedback on proposed changes to the Residential Permit Parking <br />Policy and Procedures document; and <br />3) Provide feedback on proposed resolution establishing a fee for the issuance <br />of Residential Permit Parking permits based on a fee study. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />Motion and second, Hale and Howard, to waive first reading and introduce <br />ordinance amendments to City Code Chapter 20, Article VII, Division 11, <br />pertaining to Residential Permit Parking.
