Proposed City Council policy on selection of Mayor and Vice Mayor (205) <br />MO 19-181 <br />City Manager Melissa Stevenson Diaz presented the item. <br />At 10:55 p.m., a motion and second, Hale and Howard, to extend the meeting to <br />11:15pm passes unanimously by voice vote. <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve the proposed City Council policy for selection of Mayor and <br />Vice Mayor. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CECA) <br />Motion and second, Masur and Borgens, to approve the proposed City Council <br />policy for selection of Mayor and Vice Mayor.
