DES:dj~ 05/28/96 (002/42) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the FEIR has heretofore been considered by this <br /> Council in adopting an ordinance approving said prezoning, which <br /> prezoning constitutes a "Project" under CEQA; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the aforesaid proposed amendment to the General <br /> Plan is consistent with the action heretofore taken in approving <br /> said prezoning, and will cause said prezoning ordinance to be <br /> consistent with the General Plan; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council, after public hearing duly noticed and <br /> <br /> held, desires to amend the General Plan in the manner proposed; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain proposed amendment to the Land Use Element of <br /> the General Plan of the City of Redwood City revising the <br /> designation of those certain lands (consisting of approximately <br /> 106 acres located in the unincorporated area of the County of San <br /> Mateo adjacent to the City of Redwood City at the terminus of <br /> Seaport Boulevard) shown on Exhibit A hereof from the "Heavy <br /> Industrial" designation to the "Light Industrial" designation is <br /> hereby approved as set forth in said Exhibit. <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
