Chapter 6 —Attachments <br />Proposer must include signed copies of Attachment C — Liquidated Damages <br />Clause and all addenda released for this RFP. <br />5.3. Mandatory Field Meeting <br />A mandatory field meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at 10 AM for interested <br />Proposers to tour a few of the City's pump stations and pumps. Please email or call the <br />City contact by Friday, June 7, 2019 to RSVP for the field meeting. Proposers must RSVP <br />to attend. During this field meeting Proposers can inspect existing pump installations for <br />the purpose of preparing repair and replacement estimates required in Chapter 5 — <br />Proposal Cost. <br />5.4. Proposal Submittal Deadline and Location <br />Proposals are due on or before Monday, July 1, 2019, AT 3:30 PM. The use of double <br />sided paper is encouraged. Questions Regarding the RFP <br />Should discrepancies or omissions be found in this RFP or should there be a need to <br />clarify this RFP, questions regarding this RFP must be put in writing and received by the <br />City contact person identified in Section 16 no later than Friday, June 14, 2019 at 3:30 <br />PM. Inquiries received after the date and time stated will not be accepted. <br />Any interpretations or corrections of the RFP will only be made by an addendum posted <br />online to the City's website. Such addendum shall be considered a part of the RFP and <br />must be signed and submitted with the proposal. <br />Oral interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. <br />5.6.
