6.11). - Page 28 of 38 <br />For each pump set listed, Proposer shall provide an itemized and detailed estimate and include a <br />narrative of the work to be performed for the following: <br />Reaair Estimate <br />General Services for Pump and Motor Set: <br />1. Removal and transportation of pump and motor to repair facility. <br />2. Disposal or recycling fees as applicable. <br />3. Installation, alignment, leveling, termination of wiring, etc. as required. <br />4. Equipment costs. <br />5. Other costs required to complete the work. <br />Motor reconditioning including, but not limited to: <br />1. Complete motor rewinding, balancing, paint and/or epoxy coating <br />2. Replacement of all wearable parts and components <br />Pump reconditioning including, but not limited to: <br />1. Teardown and inspection of volute, bowls, impellors <br />2. Machining of impellors to restore pump performance <br />3. Replacement of all wearable parts and components <br />4. Paint and/or epoxy coating <br />Replacement Estimate <br />General Services for Pump and Motor Set: <br />1. Removal and transportation of pump and motor. <br />2. Disposal or recycling fees as applicable. <br />3. Installation, alignment, leveling, termination of wiring, etc. as required. <br />4. Equipment costs. <br />Motor Replacement Costs <br />1. Cost for new motor <br />a. An effort shall be made to replace the motor in kind. If the motor make and model <br />is not available, a comparable motor with a prime efficiency rating capable of <br />operation with a variable frequency drive for potential future upgrades to the <br />motor controls shall be provided. <br />b. Replacement motors shall be selected in a manner to minimize changes to existing <br />site conditions.
