Except for work at the El Camino Real and Cordilleras Rd <br />crossings or as otherwise agreed to by City and CCSF, <br />CCSF's Contractor will perform Project construction work <br />within Redwood City's boundaries only from Mondays <br />through Fridays between the hours of 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, <br />with no such work on weekends and holidays. <br />2. Hot -mix asphalt will be used for temporary trench paving. <br />Each area of City's paving or sidewalk affected by Project <br />construction work, including traffic loops, shall be finally <br />restored per Redwood City standards within 21 calendar <br />days after the final trench backfill at or adjacent to such <br />area. <br />3. Restoration of finished surfaces (dirt and/or asphalt) will <br />match existing ground level and storm water flow patterns. <br />4. Street trench paving will be restored with 4 -inch minimum <br />asphalt concrete or to match pre-existing thickness per City <br />Standards. <br />5. No sand shall be used to backfill pipe trenches within City's <br />public streets and City -owned parcels in the City. Warning <br />and ID tapes shall be used on City's pipe trenches. <br />Controlled Density Fill (CDF) or soil cement with equivalent <br />properties as CDF shall be acceptable trench backfill <br />materials for these locations. If CDF or soil cement are not <br />used, trench backfill within City's public streets and City - <br />owned parcels shall be modified Class 1 Type A backfill <br />compacted to 95% compaction in accordance with RWC <br />standard details UT -1 or UT -2. <br />6. Traffic control plans shall be prepared in strict accordance <br />with spec 01570 of WD -2542. <br />7. Except as allowed below, pipe installation work shall not <br />occur at two adjacent intersections at the same time. <br />8. CCSF shall perform required sanitary sewer CCTV <br />inspections both before and after the completion of Project <br />work within City's boundaries. <br />9. Pipeline headings shall be allowed at two separate locations <br />concurrently within RWC. Minimum separation between <br />pipeline headings shall be 2500 ft to limit the cumulative <br />traffic impacts to the surrounding neighborhoods.
