MOA WORK AS PROVIDED IN THE PROJECT DRAWINGS AS DETAILED BELOW General Requirements and Trench Details for City of PO -1 Redwood City E1 Camino Real PI -54 SFPUC Engineering Management Bureau SFPUC Engineering Management Bureau July, 2009 July, 2009 Streets within 268+70 to 364+30, STA 389+00 393+40 STA 265+00 STA STA to 1. Except for work at the El Camino Real and Cordilleras Rd crossings or as otherwise agreed to by City and CCSF, CCSF's Contractor will perform Project construction work within Redwood City's boundaries only from Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with no such work on weekends and holidays. 2. Hot -mix asphalt will be used for temporary trench paving. Each area of City's paving or sidewalk affected by Project construction work, including traffic loops, shall be finally restored per Redwood City standards within 21 calendar days after the final trench backfill at or adjacent to such area. 3. Restoration of finished surfaces (dirt and/or asphalt) will match existing ground level and storm water flow patterns. 4. Street trench paving will be restored with 4 -inch minimum asphalt concrete or to match pre-existing thickness per City Standards. 5. No sand shall be used to backfill pipe trenches within City's public streets and City -owned parcels in the City. Warning and ID tapes shall be used on City's pipe trenches. Controlled Density Fill (CDF) or soil cement with equivalent properties as CDF shall be acceptable trench backfill materials for these locations. If CDF or soil cement are not used, trench backfill within City's public streets and City - owned parcels shall be modified Class 1 Type A backfill compacted to 95% compaction in accordance with RWC standard details UT -1 or UT -2. 6. Traffic control plans shall be prepared in strict accordance with spec 01570 of WD -2542. 7. Except as allowed below, pipe installation work shall not occur at two adjacent intersections at the same time. 8. CCSF shall perform required sanitary sewer CCTV inspections both before and after the completion of Project work within City's boundaries. 9. Pipeline headings shall be allowed at two separate locations concurrently within RWC. Minimum separation between pipeline headings shall be 2500 ft to limit the cumulative traffic impacts to the surrounding neighborhoods. Other work with less impact, such as trenchless crossings, restoration, or preparatory work, shall not be constrained by this requirement. CCSF's Contractor shall conduct closed circuit television (CCTV) inspection of two 8 -inch existing sewer pipes which cross the new proposed pipeline within E1 Camino Real.
