CCSF CONSTRUCTION; APPROVAL PROCESS <br />3.1. Required Permits and Approvals <br />(a) CCSF anticipates the start of construction during the first calendar quarter of 2010 <br />at various locations within City's borders. CCSF or its contractor ( "Contractor "), will submit <br />applications as required for the licenses, approvals, or permits (collectively, the "Permit <br />Application(s) ") as set forth below, including a Redwood City Construction of Improvements <br />Permit (or Permits) (which will specify traffic- control procedures) to be issued in the form <br />attached as Exhibit D -1 to govern CCSF's MOA Work (defined in Section 3.2(a) below): <br />TYPE OF PERMIT <br />ENTITY <br />CITY <br />CONTACT <br />RESPONSIBLE <br />DEPARTMENT <br />INFORMATION <br />Construction of <br />Application <br />RESPONSIBLE <br />$39000 <br />one -time payment <br />Construction of <br />CCSF <br />Building, <br />Paul Willis <br />Improvements <br />and park crossings <br />Infrastructure, and <br />Phone: (650) 780 -7219 <br />Design Review Fee and <br />Transportation <br />$42 <br />Hauling <br />Contractor <br />Building, <br />Paul Willis <br />Infrastructure, and <br />Phone:(650) 780 -7219 <br />Transportation <br />Ground Water and <br />Contractor <br />Building, <br />Paul Willis <br />Construction Water <br />Infrastructure, and <br />Phone: (650) 780 -7219 <br />Discharge Permit to <br />Transportation <br />Sanitary Sewer System <br />(b) City shall expeditiously process the Permit Applications, and will inform CCSF <br />within ten (10) business days of City's receipt of each Permit Application if additional <br />information is required to complete City's review and approval of such application.
