05/24/2010 <br /> °�`� (b) A property owners election is hereby called upon the question of <br /> � <br /> approval of the levy of assessments for fiscal year July 1, 2010 - June 30, 2011, and <br /> continuing through fiscal year July 1, 2014 — June 30, 2015, subject to a maximum <br /> cumulative assessment equal to the sum total of the projected budgets for such 5-year <br /> period and a maximum annual assessment equal to the year with the largest projected <br /> budget, without further property owners election during such 5-year period; ballots for <br /> which election shall be mailed or submitted to the City Clerk on or before the time and <br /> date of the public hearing upon the proposed assessments hereinafter set forth. <br /> (c) The Notice of Proposed Assessment and Property Owner Ballot to be <br /> mailed to the owners of property proposed to be assessed shall be in the form of <br /> Exhibit "C", attached hereto and incorporated herein, which Notice and Ballot are <br /> A� hereby approved. <br /> ,� <br /> (d) The Notice of Election and Hearing to be published, posted and mailed <br /> to the owners of property proposed to be assessed shall be in the form of Exhibit "D", <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein, which Notice is hereby approved. <br /> (e) Public hearing upon the proposed assessments shall be held upon the <br /> date and at the time and place hereinafter specified, upon the conclusion of which <br /> hearing this Council shall consider all protests against the proposed assessment and <br /> tabulate the ballots: <br /> Date: July 12, 2010 <br /> Time: 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter <br /> Place: City Hall <br /> 1017 Middlefield Road <br /> Redwood City, California <br /> � <br /> � <br /> #15024 <br /> Muff#507 <br />
