07/26/2010
City Medical Center Master Plan Environmental Impact Report (the "Kaiser Master Plan
EIR "). Furthermore, the June 22, 2010 Fehr & Peers Transportation Consultants ( "Fehr
& Peers ") Technical Memorandum, on file and made available at the Office of the City
Clerk, and incorporated herein by this reference, concludes that the minor modifications
do not create new circulation impacts and the transportation impacts identified in the
Kaiser Master Plan EIR would be greater than the impacts resulting from
implementation of the "Project." Based on the foregoing, no further environmental
review is required pursuant to CEQA. (Pub. Res. Code § 21166; Cal. Code of Regs.
Tit. 14, §§ 15162, 15163, 15164.)
Section 3. Based on the evidence received at the duly noticed public hearing
held for the purpose of adopting said Precise Plan, as revised, that the Precise Plan, as
revised, is found to be in conformance with the goals and objectives of Article 52 of the
Zoning Code of the City of Redwood City, and is hereby adopted.
Section 4. That the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program, on file and
made available at the Office of the City Clerk, and incorporated herein by this reference,
is hereby adopted and made a part of this Precise Plan, as revised, in order to mitigate
or avoid significant environmental effects.
Section 5. This resolution is effective immediately.
Atty /Reso /Reso.2031 3 #15043
071210 MUFF # 304
