RESOLUTION NO 15048 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO ESTABLISH A COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT AND TO AUTHORIZE THE LEVY OF SPECIAL TAXES THEREIN (ONE MARINA) under the provisions of the Mello -Roos Community Facilities Act of 1982, constituting Section 53311 et seq. of the California Government Code (the "Law "), this City Council may commence proceedings for the establishment of a community facilities district; and there has been submitted to this City Council a Petition and Waiver (the "Petition ") from R.C. Peninsula Park, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the "Petitioner "), requesting the formation by this City Council of a community facilities district under the Law to be known as the City of Redwood City Community Facilities District No. 2010 -1 (One Marina) (the "District "); and

EXHIBIT B <br />• Storm Sewer pump station; and <br />• Any planning, design, review fees, permit, inspection, construction <br />observation, overhead, as built drawings; and other third party costs to <br />include entities controlled by a public utilities commission and the like <br />associated with the construction and completion of the facilities ; <br />b. Any and all facilities to be located within public utility or street easements, <br />which easements are dedicated to the City or for the benefit of the <br />"public," or flood control improvements, to include but not be limited to: <br />• Fill and bank improvements; <br />• On site parks and appurtenances; <br />• Boat launches; <br />• Outer Esplanade; <br />• Village Walk; <br />• Potable water lines and appurtenances; <br />• Sanitary sewer lines and appurtenances; and <br />• Storm sewer lines and appurtenances including bio- swales <br />3. Affordable Housing contributions as required by the City <br />4. Costs associated with the South Ba sib de System Authority <br />To the extent not already stated above, the facilities to be financed may include <br />the costs of the acquisition of right -of -way or easements (including right -of -way that is <br />intended to be dedicated by the recording of a final map), the costs of design, <br />engineering and planning, the costs of any environmental or traffic studies, surveys or <br />other reports, costs related to landscaping and irrigation, soils testing, permits, plan <br />check and inspection fees, insurance, bonding, legal and related overhead costs, <br />coordination and supervision, relocation of existing facilities, and any other costs or <br />appurtenances related to any of the foregoing facilities or other incidental costs, <br />whether performed prior to or after the formation of the District. <br />OTHER <br />The District may also finance any of the following: <br />1. Bond related expenses, including underwriters discount, appraisal fees, <br />reserve fund, capitalized interest, letter of credit fees and expenses, financial advisor <br />fees and expenses, bond and disclosure counsel fees and expenses, fees and <br />expenses of the City Attorney, bond remarketing costs, and all other incidental <br />expenses. <br />#15048 <br />MUFF # 506 <br />
