01/24/2011 <br /> Exhibit B <br /> documents, studies, memoranda, maps, testimony, and other materials related thereto; <br /> • All versions of the Downtown Precise Plan prepared and published <br /> by the City since the City began the process of studying and preparing a new downtown <br /> precise plan in or about May of 2006, including the proposed Downtown Precise Plan <br /> presented to the Planning Commission on December 14, 2010, and Downtown Precise <br /> Plan presented to the City Council on January 24, 2011, as modified and amended; <br /> • All public notices issued by the City in connection with the Project <br /> and the preparation of the Draft EIR and the Final EIR, including but not limited to <br /> public notices for all public workshops held to seek public comments and input on the <br /> Project; <br /> • All written and oral communications submitted by agencies or <br /> interested members of the general public during and immediately after the public <br /> review period for the Draft EIR, including oral communications made at public <br /> hearings or meetings held on the Project; <br /> • All minutes, testimony, statements, comments and other materials <br /> memorializing, describing or relating to workshops, meetings and hearings conducted <br /> by the City Council, the Planning Commission, the City's Historic Resources Advisory <br /> Committee, and all other departments of the City relating to the City's preparation and <br /> consideration of a precise plan for the downtown area, including but not limited to such <br /> materials relating to the previous Downtown Precise Plan adopted by the City on <br /> April 23, 2007; <br /> • All other public reports, studies, documents, memoranda, maps, <br /> or other materials reviewed and /or considered by the City in connection with its <br /> preparation and consideration of the proposed Downtown Precise Plan, the Draft EIR, <br /> and/or the Final EIR, including the accompanying MMRP, whether prepared by the <br /> City, its consultants, or by third parties; <br /> • All matters of common knowledge to the members of the City's <br /> Planning Commission and City Council, including but not limited to: (i) the City's <br /> 1990 General Plan, its 2010 General Plan, and other applicable policies; and (ii) the <br /> City's zoning ordinance and all other applicable ordinances; (iii) information regarding <br /> the City's fiscal status and economic and development patterns and trends; (iv) federal, <br /> state and county laws, regulations, guidelines and publications applicable to or affecting <br /> the Project; and (v) reports, projections, documents and other materials regarding <br /> statewide, regional, and local planning and development matters within and outside of <br /> the City. <br /> The record of proceedings is available for review by responsible agencies and <br /> interested members of the public during normal business hours at 1017 Middlefield Road, <br /> Redwood City, California.
