EXHIBIT A 05/23/2011 <br /> shall be two (2) non - voting ex- officio members: a representative of the San Mateo County Transit <br /> District Board of Directors selected by the Board of Directors and a representative of the San Mateo <br /> County Transportation Authority selected by the Authority. Additional Ex- Officio members may be <br /> established by Board action in accordance with the special voting procedures identified in 4 (c). <br /> Regular attendance by the designated representative or alternate at the C /CAG Board and Committee <br /> meetings shall be encouraged by the C /CAG Board and member agencies. <br /> 3. Purposes and Activities.
