Sewerage Capacity Rights to accommodate the future development of RSP's <br />developable lands on the Redwood Shores Peninsula; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been presented to and reviewed by this Council an <br />agreement entitled "First Amendment to Agreement - Sanitary Sewerage <br />Capacity Rights," providing for the allocation and sale of sanitary sewerage <br />treatment capacity rights primarily for the use of the aforesaid developable lands. <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "First Amendment to Agreement - <br /> Sanitary Sewerage Capacity Rights" by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br /> municipal corporation of the State of Califomia, and Redwood Shores Properties, <br /> a California Joint Venture General Partnership, providing for the allocation and <br /> sale by the City of Redwood City, of sanitary sewerage treatment capacity rights <br /> for the primary use of the developable lands as specified in said agreement, a <br /> copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br /> referenCe is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and <br /> the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City <br /> of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> G~s~ered~qe~,,ood~Co~eso <br /> <br /> FX~:~ <br /> <br /> <br />
