03/25/2013 <br /> Section 3.18 Water Sunplv A�reement Amendment Required <br /> San Francisco may not change the existing condition of the Hetch Hetchy <br /> Reservoir by: <br /> (1) abandoning t�r decommissiotiing Q'Shau�hnessy Dam; or <br /> (2)draining Hetch Hetchy Reservair, except for pu�pos�s of(i)repair, <br /> rehabilitation, maintenance, improvernent, or r�construction of <br /> Q'Shaughn�ssy Dam or appurtenances, (ii) supplying water to the Bay <br /> Area during drought, or(iii} meetii3g water release rt�quirements under the <br /> R�cer Act, oi•f�deral or state law, <br /> unless the parties enter i�1to an anlendment to the Water Supply Agreement, in full <br /> force and effect, adopted in accordazlce with Sectian 2.03. <br /> Thc amendment shall state, or restate, as the case may be: <br /> A. The level of service goals for seismic reliabiliry and detivery reliability <br /> adapted by the Cornmissit�n iti conjunction with such proposed changes [o <br /> the Regional Water System, provided :�uch goals are at least as protective <br /> of the Wholesale Customers �is the level of service goals adopted by tk�e <br /> Commission on Octaber 3fl, 2008 rt�conjunction with tl�e W51P; <br /> B. The level of water quality to be delivered, whic�z is currently provicied for <br /> in Section 3.08, and <br /> C.
