07/22/2013 <br /> the San Mateo Countywide Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program, including <br /> a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). (www.scrcb.ca.qov/stormwtr/ <br /> construction.html). Verification that the NOI has been submitted to the State <br /> Water Resources Control Board must be provided prior to issuance of any <br /> Building or Construction Permit. <br /> 30. Parking garage ramps shall be designed in conformance with <br /> Volume III of the Engineering Standards, and shall consider safety and visibility <br /> of pedestrians to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br /> 31. The applicant/contractor shall apply for a Construction <br /> Improvement Permit from Community Development Department for work in the <br /> City public right-of-way, easements, or property in which the City holds an <br /> interest prior to any construction. <br /> 32. The fire flow required is 3500 GPM with four fire hydrants required, <br /> spaced 350' apart. This includes the use of existing fire hydrants in proximity to <br /> the project. The applicant shall be responsible for their installation at locations to <br /> be determined by the City prior to issuance of a Building permit. <br /> 33. An automatic fire sprinkler systems meeting the requirements of <br /> NFPA Standard 13 is required for this Project. Two risers may be necessary due <br /> to the size of the structure. The applicant shall comply with the Fire Department <br /> requirements at all times. <br /> 34. The installation of manual wet-standpipe system, meeting the <br /> requirements of NFPA Standard 14 is required as part of this Project. <br /> 35. The installation of a firefighter communication system meeting the <br /> requirements of the Redwood City Fire Code is required as a part of this Project. <br /> A full automatic fire alarms system is also required under the State Fire Code. <br /> 36. Red curbing and "No Parking" signage shall be installed by the <br /> applicant as a part of this permit at certain locations upon confirmation of Fire <br /> Department connections and fire hydrants. <br /> 37. Applicant shall comply with all City, State and Federal regulations, <br /> applicable to the Project, related to: fire and life safety, ADA requirements, and <br /> all general building code regulations as per the State Building Code as adopted <br /> and amended by the City of Redwood City. <br /> 38. Pursuant to Section 66474.9(b) of the California Government Code <br /> and/or Redwood City Municipal Code Section 1.54, Applicant shall defend, <br /> indemnify, and hold harmless the City, its agents, officers, and employees from <br /> any claim, action, or proceeding against the City or its agents, officers or <br /> employees, to attack, set aside, void, or annul an approval of the City, including <br /> but not limited to the City, and the City's agents, officers or employees, <br /> concerning the tentative parcel map and/or development permit.
