07/22/2013 <br /> promptly notify Applicant of any such claim, action or proceeding and shall <br /> cooperate fully in the defense. <br /> 39. No building or zoning permit shall be issued, and no use shall be <br /> established except in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions <br /> outlined above. <br /> 40. The applicant shall retain a Civil Engineer to prepare "as-built" or <br /> "record" drawings, and the drawings shall be submitted in AutoCad format. <br /> 41. If the semi-subterranean garage will necessitate groundwater <br /> pumping into the sewer system, a Discharge fee will apply and a Discharge <br /> Permit will be required by South Bayside System Authority (SBSA) and the City <br /> of Redwood City. <br /> 42. Prior to removing any public parking spaces from public use during <br /> construction, the applicant shall apply for Parking Meter Construction Zone <br /> Hoods per Municipal Code sections 20.175 through 20.183. Parking meter <br /> construction zone hoods shall be issued upon payment of a deposit of ten dollars <br /> ($10.00) per hood issued, refundable upon return of the hoods, and a <br /> nonrefundable fee of three dollars ($3.00) per day per hood issued. <br /> 43. Traffic control for lane closures shall conform to the Work Area <br /> Traffic Control Handbook; street closures require prior submission of traffic <br /> control plans to be approved 48 hours in advance by the City's Transportation <br /> Coordinator or his/her designee. <br /> Section 6.
