EXHIBIT D 09/09/2013 <br /> MONITORING VERIFICATION <br /> IDENTIFIED IMPACT RELATED MITIGATION MEASURE Implementation Monitoring and Timing Signature Date <br /> Pe1'fOrmanCe Crlterla Entity Verification Entity Requirements <br /> through use of one or more of the <br /> following: Tier 2/Tier 3 equipment with <br /> diesel particulate filters;alternative <br /> fuels(e.g.biodiesel or liquefied natural <br /> gas);and/or electrification. <br /> 23. For each phase of project construction, <br /> the applicant shall maintain ROG <br /> emission below 54 pounds per day. <br /> The applicant may demonstrate <br /> compliance with this limit through one <br /> or more of the following: strategic <br /> project phasing,use of pre-coated <br /> building materials,and/or use of low- <br /> VOC coatings beyond the requirements <br /> of BAAQMD Regulation 8, Rule 3. <br /> Implementation of these measures would <br /> reduce project construction-related air <br /> quality impacts. The measures to reduce <br /> localized PM,o impacts due to fugitive dust <br /> would be consistent with BAAQMD CEQA <br /> Guidelines recommendations and would <br /> reduce PM,o emissions to a less-than- <br /> signii►cantlevel. Becausethe ROG <br /> performance standard would maintain ROG <br /> emissions below 54 pounds per day,this <br /> impact would be less-than-significant. The <br /> NOx emissions from construction of the <br /> project would be reduced by up to 20 <br /> percent;however,there is a potential that <br /> construction period NOx emissions could <br /> still exceed the BAAQMD threshold even <br /> with the mitigation measure. As a result, <br /> the potential impact from NOx is <br /> considered si nificantand unavoidable. <br /> Impact 8-2: Operational Emissions Mitigation 8-2. In addition to the project- Applicant City Prior to building <br /> Increases.
