EXHIBIT D 09/09/2013 <br /> MONITORING VERIFICATION <br /> IDENTIFIED IMPACT RELATED MITIGATION MEASURE Implementation Monitoring and Timing Signature Date <br /> Pe1'fOrmanCe Crlterla Entity Verification Entity Requirements <br /> Project grading requirements would be <br /> based on a detailed,design-level study <br /> prepared by the project engineer and <br /> approved by the City Building, <br /> Infrastructure,and Transportation <br /> Department. The study would document <br /> the volume of storage currently available <br /> on the project development site and <br /> establish proposed grades to replicate this <br /> existing storage condition following <br /> construction of the proposed new buildings. <br /> The stormwater detention potential of the <br /> project-proposed approximately 2.4-acre <br /> publicly accessible open space and of the <br /> project-proposed greenway shall be <br /> incorporated into the design-level study. In <br /> addition,all proposed improvements that <br /> are not elevated above the 100-year flood <br /> elevation would have to be flood-proofed or <br /> otherwise protected from the effects of high <br /> water. The applicant shall develop a <br /> program by which future building tenants <br /> can be notified that vehicles parked within <br /> potential flood areas should be moved if it <br /> is determined that flooding conditions are <br /> imminent. <br /> Implementation of this measure would <br /> reduce the identified flooding impact to a <br /> less-than-si niiâ–ºcant level. <br /> HAZARDS AND HAZARDOUS MATERIALS <br /> Impact 12-1: Potential Project-Related Mitigation 12-1.
