The rating means it is <br /> ineligible for National Register, California Register,or local designation.The Plan states that <br /> there are no preservation standards for the property. The guidelines state that the exterior should <br /> be retained and not altered in any significant way and, if the building is to be removed, an <br /> attempt should be made to relocate it. <br /> The proposed Project will not alter,move or demolish 605 Middlefield Raad,which lies acrass <br /> the street from the Project.Thus it meets the requirements set forth in the Downtown Precise <br /> 2 <br /> 3 RESO.#15305 <br /> MUFF#603 <br />
