In addition, the Developer invited the Redwood Ciry Downtown Business <br /> Association and all neighbors within a minimum 300' radius of the project perimeter to a public <br /> presentation held on July 25, 2013 at the Redwood City Public library. City staff participated in this <br /> latter presentation. <br /> The Public Outreach presentations was scheduled after the project application was deemed complete, <br /> but sufficiently in advance of final design documents to allow time for feedback from the outreach <br /> meetings to be considered. <br /> Construction Schedule <br /> Site preparation will begin in Fall of 2013. Foundation construction should begin in January 2014. <br /> Project construction is anticipated to last+/- 24 months.
