11/18/2013 <br /> referenced evaluation and reports have been submitted, and the proposed project <br /> design incorporates the necessary measures to implement the recommendations, the <br /> applicant may be required to update the referenced reports should there be any material <br /> changes to the project. <br /> 15. Redwood City has exceeded its Peak Wet Weather Flow (PWWF) <br /> capacity in the past. A methodology to reduce inflow and infiltration by pipe replacement <br /> was determined. The applicant shall reduce inflow and infiltration to offset increased <br /> sewer demand from the Project by replacing aged sewer mains or paying an equivalent <br /> in-lieu fee. The length of pipe replacement required or the amount of fee will be based <br /> on the Project's sewage generation projection (Attachment L of the City's Engineering <br /> Standards). Since the applicant has completed Attachment L as part of the Engineer's <br /> study, the Applicant shall update the analysis based on any material changes to the <br /> project. <br /> 16. All utilities shall be designed in accordance with the City's Engineering <br /> Standards. <br /> 17. Recycled water facilities shall be provided and designed as part of this <br /> Project in accordance with the City's Engineering Standards for dual plumbing, <br /> irrigation and other warranted uses as required in the Recycled Water Ordinance, <br /> Chapter 38, Article VIII of the Municipal Code. <br /> 18. Pursuant to City Code Chapter 18, Article XIV, street, curb, gutter and <br /> sidewalk shall be replaced, repaired, repaved, or reconstructed. <br /> 19. Post-construction runoff into the storm drain shall not exceed pre- <br /> construction runoff levels. The applicant's design professional shall evaluate the <br /> Project's impact to the City's storm drainage system and shall substantiate their <br /> conclusions with drainage caᅵulations to the satisfaction of the City Engineer prior to <br /> Construction permit issuance. <br /> 20. Applicant shall follow the "Drainage Guidelines for Commercial <br /> Development". <br /> 21 . Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program Best Management Practices <br /> (BMPs) for construction shall be implemented to protect water quality, in accordance <br /> with the approved Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). BMP plan sheets <br /> are available electronically for inserting into Project plans. <br /> 22. The project shall be designed to meet the C.3 requirements of the <br /> Municipal Regional Permit (MRP) NPDES Permit CAS 612008, per the detailed <br /> plans submitted by the applicant's design professional showing conformance with <br /> C.3 through appropriate permanent stormwater control measures.
