03/24/2014 <br /> 17. Applicant shall perform any and all san�#ary sewer pipe replacement <br /> necessary to reduce inflow and infiltration or pay an in-lieu fee, as <br /> determined by the City Engineer. The length of pipe replacement or the <br /> amount of fee will be in accordance with Attachment L of the City's <br /> Engineering Standards. <br /> 18. Recycled water facility shall be provided and designed in accordance with <br /> Engineering Standards for dual plumbing, irrigation and other warranted <br /> uses as mentioned in the Recycled Water Ordinance. <br /> 19. Prior to the submittal of construction documents, the Applicant shall obtain <br /> a soils report, prepared by a licensed geotechnical engineer, in <br /> conformance with Engineering Standards, Volumes II & III. <br /> 20. The Applicant shall pay all applicable water, recycled water, and <br /> wastewater, related fees outlined on the City's web site at: <br /> http://www.redwoodcitv.orq/bi�nfrastructure/pdf/FeesandCharqes01.04.12 <br /> �f, prior to building permit issuance. <br /> 21. Pursuant to City Municipal Code Chapter 18, Article XIV, street, curb, <br /> gutter and sidewalk shall be replaced, repaired, repaved, or reconstructed. <br /> 22. The Applicant shall install underground utilities as outlined in the City <br /> Municipal Code Chapter 18, Article XIV, Local Development Standards. <br /> 23. Post-construction runoff into the storm drain shall not exceed pre- <br /> construction runoff levels. The Applicant's design professional shall <br /> evaluate the project's impact to the City's storm drainage system and shall <br /> substantiate their conclusions with drainage calculations to the satisfaction <br /> of the City Engineer. <br /> 24. Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program Best Management Practices <br /> (BMPs) for construction shall be implemented to protect water quality, in <br /> accordance with the approved Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan <br /> (SWPPP). BMP plan sheets are available electronically for inserting into <br /> project plans. <br /> 25. For construction activity resulting in a land disturbance of one acre or <br /> more, Applicant shall file a Notice of Intent (NOI) with the State Water <br /> Resources Control Board under the Construction Activities Storm Water <br /> General Permit (General Permit). The NOI indicates the Applicant's intent <br /> to comply with the San Mateo Countywide Stormwater Pollution <br /> Prevention Program, including a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan <br /> (SWPPP). (www.scrcb.ca.�ov/stormwtr/construction.html). <br /> 26. Plans shall be designed to meet the C3 requirements of the Municipal <br /> Regional Permit (MRP) NPDES Permit CAS 612008.
