A typical way to obtain the knowledge and <br /> abilities would be: <br /> Exaerience: <br /> Human Resources Analyst I: Two years of paraprofessional experience in <br /> human resources equivalent to that of a Human Resources Technician. <br /> Human Resources Analyst II: Two years of professional experience as a <br /> human resources generalist equivalent to that of a Human Resources <br /> Analyst I. <br /> Traininq: <br /> Equivalent to completion of four years of college or possession of a Bachelor <br /> degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in <br /> human resources, business administration, public administration or a related <br /> field.
