11/17/2014 <br /> 7. When the City Manager as authorized by this Resolution, has caused <br /> signage to be posted designating a parking space to be Electric Charging Parking Only, <br /> no person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle in violation of the posted signage or in <br /> violation of any of the provisions of this Program. <br /> 8. Any person desiring to occupy a Electric Charging Parking Only space <br /> which is occupied by a vehicle which is not an eligible electric vehicle, or is not in the <br /> process of being charged may notify the Redwood City Police Department, which may <br /> arrange for the vehicle occupying the space to be towed. <br /> 9. Any electric vehicle parked in its designated Electric Charging Parking <br /> Space shall be required to pay the applicable meter rate for the designated space. <br /> 10. In the event of any conflict befinreen this Electric-Charging Program and <br /> the provisions of the City's Off Street Parking Regulations, the provisions of this <br /> Electric-Charging Program shall prevail. <br /> Section 2.
