06/08/2015 <br /> 4) 4th Violation: two hundred dollars ($200) for a fourth violation of the same <br /> provision within one (1) year; <br /> 5) Five hundred dollars ($500) for all subsequent violations of the same <br /> provision within one (1) year. <br /> 6) Each day in which a violation occurs shall be considered a separate offense. <br /> The fine for the infraction is in addition to, and does not supersede or limit, <br /> any other remedies, civil or criminal. <br /> 2. The Outdoor Water Use Restrictions will remain in effect for the 270 day period <br /> specified in SWRCB Resolution No. 2015-0032, or as extended by the SWRCB, <br /> unless the SWRCB determines that the restrictions are no longer necessary due to <br /> changed conditions. <br /> 3. Council directs staff to further promote water conservation by preparing and <br /> submitting to the SWRCB the monitoring reports described in California Code of <br /> Regulations, Title 23, Section 865. <br /> 4. Council directs staff to monitor compliance with the Outdoor Water Use Restrictions <br /> and other referenced requirements and to enforce these restrictions. <br /> 5.
