10/12/2015 <br /> Establish and maintain effective revenue control systems. <br /> Understand building specifications, drawings and other construction documents. <br /> Communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing. <br /> Work under pressure and meet established deadlines. <br /> Supervise, train, and evaluate subordinates. <br /> Skills to: <br /> Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish work. <br /> Manage and facilitate the Parking Advisory Committee. <br /> Facilitate and serve as a liaison for both staff and various City committees and <br /> commissions. <br /> Effectively supervise and develop staff. <br /> Plan, organize, and control the use of staff, equipment, and budgetary resources to <br /> achieve program goals. <br /> Operate modern office equipment including computer equipment, general office <br /> software, and parking-specific equipment and software programs. <br /> Experience and Education: <br /> Any combination equivalent to experience and education that could likely provide the <br /> required knowledge and abilities would be qualifying. A typical way to obtain knowledge <br /> and abilities would be: <br /> Experience: <br /> Four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in program development <br /> and management, contract administration, budget preparation and monitoring. <br /> Supervisory experience is required. Local government experience in parking <br /> management and/or TDM is desirable. <br /> Education: <br /> Equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with <br /> major course work in finance, business administration, public administration, or a <br /> closely related field. <br /> License or Certificate: <br /> ATTY/RES0.3140/CC RESO AMENDING CITY'S CLASSIFICATION RESO.#15449 <br /> PARKING&TRANSPORTATION DEMAND MANAGER MUFF#905 <br /> REV:09-30-15 PT <br /> Page 6 of 7 <br />
