05/23/2016 <br /> THIRD AMENDMENT <br /> TO <br /> CITY CLERK'S EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT <br /> This THIRD AMENDMENT to the EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (dated December <br /> 17, 2007) between the City of Redwood City, a Charter City and Municipal Corporation of the <br /> State of California("City") is entered into as of the 1 St day of January, 2015. <br /> WHEREAS, in conformance with its performance review and compensation program for <br /> its appointees, the City Council has evaluated salary survey data of comparable positions in <br /> benchmark cities, and wishes to adjust Employee's salary accordingly as well as acknowledge <br /> benefit concessions, and Employee's performance. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained in the original <br /> Agreement and as provided herein, Section 2 of the Agreement is AMENDED to read as follows: <br /> Section 2. Employee shall receive a salary of twelve thousand one hundred and eighty <br /> dollars ($12,180) per month effective the first day of the first pay period following January 1, <br /> 2015. Future adjustments may be made by the City Council by Resolution.
