12/12/2016 <br /> EXHIBIT A <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RECYCLED WATER PRICING POLICY <br /> 1 . Discount shall apply to prevailing potable water rates and charges in effect at the <br /> time of physical connection , and as those rates and charges may be amended <br /> from time to time. <br /> 2 . Customers will be responsible to pay for and perform all site retrofits and <br /> development costs. <br /> 3 . All discounts shall be applied to monthly water utility bills. <br /> 4. Discounts for meters/accounts that connect to recycled water after the adoption of <br /> this resolution : <br /> a . For Irrigation meters/accounts: <br /> i . Beginning with the first billing period following connection to the <br /> Recycled Water Project for a duration of 3 years a discount of twenty- <br /> five percent (25%) . <br /> ii . At the end of 3 years the discount shall decrease by five percent (5%) <br /> each year for three (3) consecutive years and then remain at a <br /> discount of ten percent ( 10%) . <br /> b . For Non-irrigation meters/accounts: <br /> i . Beginning with the first billing period following connection to the <br /> Recycled Water Project for a duration of 3 years a discount of forty <br /> percent (40%) . <br /> ii . At the end of 3 years the discount shall decrease by ten percent <br /> ( 10%) each year for three (3) consecutive years and then remain at <br /> a discount of ten percent (10%) . <br /> 5. Discounts for meters/accounts connected to recycled water, and retrofitted prior to <br /> adoption of this resolution : <br /> a . For Irrigation meters/accounts: <br /> i .
