Section 4 and Appendix 3 have been revised to modify the appraisal process and to provide additional information about the qualifications of the appraisers. 53 Definitions The plan treats Floating Homes as vessels (barges). The Supreme Court ruled that Floating Homes are not vessels. Any appraisal should treat these as full 'homes' being displace and compensate accordingly. Comments received. The Attorney General has NOT declared Docktown illegal, Public Trust is NOT inflexible and SLC has NOT made a decision. Comments received. Will be shared with City Council.
