06/12/2017 <br />Provide electrical connections at the Main Library and to street lighting outlets <br />on Main Street between Marshall and Middlefield on July 41h from 7:00 am to <br />1:00 pm to support Parade announcers stations. <br />Provide traffic cones and street barricades for Parade route, Lineup area, and <br />other traffic diversion requirements as determined by the Police Department. <br />The PCA will work with the Police Department and Public Works to provide a <br />list of times, locations, and quantity of barricades needed for the Parade and <br />Lineup area. <br />Provide two (2) temporary "No Left Turn" signs for use on Whipple Ave. <br />Provide one street sweeper to be available at approximately 10:00 AM to pick <br />up horse droppings along the Parade Route and the designated horse lineup <br />areas. <br />For the safety of parade entries, remove the "pedestrian crossing" signs from <br />the middle of the street on Main, Middlefield, and Winslow. <br />The Arts & Crafts Festival <br />The annual Arts and Crafts Festival will be held on July 4th between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. <br />The Festival may include: <br />The sale of hand-crafted items offered by vendors selected by an independent <br />coordinator. The sale of food and beverages offered by a combination of selected <br />commercial vendors and local community service organizations. A concert <br />provided by college bands and other groups that participated in the parade. A <br />children's entertainment area with a stage and seating area. General information <br />booths provided by parade sponsors, contributors, and community service groups. <br />Festival Area <br />The Festival area will include the following streets <br />Broadway from Winslow to Redwood Creek Crossing <br />Hamilton from Middlefield Parking Lot to Marshall <br />Middlefield from Broadway to Marshall <br />Theatre Way from Middlefield to Broadway <br />Jefferson from Marshall to the parking garage entrance at the Cinema <br />Complex <br />Arts & Craft vendor booths will be configured within a double row (back-to-back) <br />on Jefferson. A children's entertainment area may be located on Broadway <br />between Middlefield and Jefferson. Food Vendors will be located on Middlefield <br />between Broadway and Marshall.
