City Services Required <br />Allow the PCA exclusive use of the Marshall Street parking garage for Festival <br />vendors from July 4 from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM July 4, and to suspend the <br />payment of parking fees during this time. Open the gates at the Marshall Street <br />parking structure after 6 AM on July 4 and leave open until normal operations <br />on July 5. <br />Provide the PCA with a contact name and phone number if problems occur with <br />the parking gates. <br />Street sweeping of the Festival area at approximately 7:30 PM after the Festival <br />has closed on July 4.
