The City's Classification and Salary Plan shall be amended to provide for <br />increases to salary ranges as summarized in Exhibit A, and as listed in the full salary plan <br />attached as Exhibit B. <br />4. The Executive Management Summary of Benefits shall be amended to <br />provide for a reduced pension cost-sharing contribution for miscellaneous employees in <br />the Tier 1 and Tier 2 pension plans, as described in Exhibit C. <br />5.
