<br />BEGINNING at the most Westerly corner of said Lot 12; thence Southeasterly along the Southwesterly
<br />line of said Block 2, on the arc of a curve to the right with a radius of 9816.91 feet an arc distance of 1.38
<br />feet to the true point of beginning of the parcel herein described; thence continuing along last said line,
<br />along the arc of said curve, an arc distance of 53.62 feet to a point in the Southwesterly line of said Lot 13
