A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY APPROVING A LOAN IN THE AMOUNT OF $1, 100, 000 FROM THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING FUND IN CONNECTION WITH THE REFINANCING OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3752-3770 ROLISON ROAD FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING PRESERVATION; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE RELATED LOAN DOCUMENTS; AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO TAKE ALL OTHER NECESSARY ACTIONS

which map was filed in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California on <br />January 18, 1937 in Book 21 of Maps at Pages 32, 33 and 34, said portion being more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />Commencing at a point on the Westerly line of said Lot 9, distant thereon South 18°57'84" West 19.27 <br />feet from the Northwesterly corner of said Lot 9, thence from a tangent that bears South 71°02'17.52" <br />East along a curve to the right with a radius of 9918.00 feet through an angle of 0006'38.52" an arc length <br />of 19.16 feet to a compound curvature; thence from a tangent that bears South 70055'39" East, along a <br />curve to the right, with a radius of 1472.00 feet through an angle of 3011'14.79", an arc length of 81.89 <br />feet to the Easterly line of said Lot 10; thence along said Easterly line, South 19°32'52.92" West 98.79 <br />feet to the Southerly line of said Lot 10; thence along said Southerly line of said Lot 9, from a tangent that <br />bears North 70027'08" West, along a curve to the left with a radius of 9816.91 feet through an angle of <br />0035'01.08", an arc length of 100 feet to said Westerly line of Lot 9; thence along last said line North <br />18°37'51.84" East 100.72 feet to the point of beginning. <br />PARCEL FOUR: <br />A portion of Lots 11 and 12, in Block 2, as said Lots and Block are shown on that certain map entitled <br />"TRACT NO. 509, FRIENDLY ACRES SUBDIVISION NO. 2, IN THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, <br />CALIFORNIA", which map was filed in the Office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of <br />California on January 18, 1937, in Book 21 of Maps at Pages 32, 33 and 34, said portion being more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the most Westerly corner of Lot 11, thence from said point of beginning Southeasterly, along <br />the Southwesterly line of said Lots 11 and 12, on the arc of a curve to the right, with a radius of 9816.91 <br />feet (shown as 9817.5 feet on said Map), an are distance of 51.38 feet to the Westerly line of the Lands <br />described in the Deed from Fred E. Gutt and wife to Henry D. Davis and wife, dated August 19, 1959, and <br />recorded September 4, 1959 in Book 3667 of Official Records of San Mateo County as Page 560 (84503- <br />R); thence along the last mentioned line, North 19°50'52.5" East 95.55 feet to a point in the Northeasterly <br />line of the Land described in the Deed from the State of California to Fred E.
