06/11/2018 <br />Citv Services Reauired <br />Assist the PCA in the distribution of information to local residents and <br />business operators about street closures related to the Parade. <br />Request through the County CIES the use of steel crowd control barricades <br />for traffic control and spectator safety. Setup barricades on both sides of <br />Broadway between Winslow and Arguello, on the north and east sides of the <br />Broadway/Winslow intersection, and on the north and east sides of the <br />Marshall/Main intersection. <br />Provide a lighted highway sign on the south side of the Broadway/Winslow <br />intersection to advise parade entries they are about to make a left turn onto a <br />narrow street. <br />Provide electrical connections at the Main Library on July 41h from 7:00 am to <br />1:00 pm to support Parade announcers station. <br />Provide traffic cones and street barricades for Parade Route, Lineup area, <br />and other traffic diversion requirements as determined by the Police <br />Department. The PCA will work with the Police Department and Public <br />Works to provide a list of times, locations, and quantity of barricades needed <br />for the Parade and Lineup area. <br />Provide two (2) temporary "No Left Turn" signs for use on Whipple Ave. <br />Provide street sweeper to be available at approximately 10:00 AM to pick up <br />horse droppings along the Parade Route and the designated horse lineup <br />areas. <br />For the safety of parade entries, remove the "pedestrian crossing" signs from <br />the middle of the street on Main, Middlefield, and Winslow. <br />Festival Area <br />The Festival area will include the following streets <br />Broadway from Winslow to Redwood Creek Crossing <br />Hamilton from Middlefield Parking Lot to Marshall <br />Middlefield from Broadway to Marshall <br />Theatre Way from Middlefield to Broadway <br />Jefferson from Marshall to the parking garage entrance at the Cinema <br />Complex <br />Arts & Craft vendor booths will be configured within a double row <br />(back-to-back) on Jefferson. A children's entertainment area may be <br />located on Broadway between Middlefield and Jefferson. Food Vendors <br />will be located on Middlefield between Broadway and Marshall.
