CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />ENDPOINT AND INFRASTRUCTURE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ANALYST 1 -II <br />(Continued) <br />9. Design, configure, and support mobile solutions and devices. <br />10. Prepare clear and concise reports and data analysis. <br />11. Provide technology support to, and train users. <br />12. Support audiovisual solutions. <br />13. Conduct detailed analysis of user department requirements. <br />14. Serve as a liaison to vendor technical staff. <br />15. Develop and support Disaster Recovery solutions. <br />16. Support the City's Emergency Operations Center (EOC). <br />17. Support City-wide and departmental websites and social media efforts. <br />18. Recommend, implement, and maintain technology solutions that minimize <br />disruptions to mission critical and normal operations. <br />19. Assist with the gathering of information requested through the California Public <br />Records Act (CPRA). <br />20. Perform duties and responsibilities as assigned. <br />21. Work in and promote a collaborative and team environment. <br />22. Conduct oneself in an ethnical, professional, and friendly manner. <br />23. Perform work with regular attendance and punctuality. <br />24. Provide excellent customer service. <br />25. Support end users and end point devices of all types. <br />26. Lead or be part of a team for technical projects. <br />27.
