CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />ENDPOINT AND INFRASTRUCTURE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ANALYST 1 -II <br />(Continued) <br />Prepare clear and concise written reports and technical documentation. <br />Experience and Training Guidelines: <br />Any combination equivalent to experience and training that would provide the <br />required knowledge, skills, and abilities would be qualifying. A typical way to obtain <br />the knowledge, skills, and abilities would be: <br />Experience: <br />The Endpoint and Infrastructure IT Analyst I should have at least one year <br />of hardware and software end user support experience in an environment <br />that includes Microsoft Windows PCs, Microsoft Office applications and <br />Windows Servicer Active Directory client management tools. <br />The Endpoint and Infrastructure IT Analyst II should have at least three years <br />of hardware and software end user support experience in an environment <br />that includes Microsoft Windows PCs, Microsoft Office applications and <br />Windows Active Directory management tools. The incumbent must also <br />have at least one year of experience supporting enterprise hardware and <br />applications such as Microsoft Windows Servers, Microsoft Exchange, <br />Active Directory, and other enterprise business technology related solutions. <br />For both levels, work experience in the public sector is desirable. <br />Education: <br />For both levels, equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college <br />or university with major course work in Management Information Systems or <br />related field. <br />License or Certificate: <br />Possession of, or ability to obtain within three (3) months of employment, an <br />appropriate, valid California Driver's License. <br />MCSE and/or other Microsoft certifications, Project Management <br />Professional (PMP) certification, and/or certified Information Security <br />Manager (CISM) certification are all desirable. <br />ATTY/RESO.0113/CC RESO AMENDING CITY'S CLASSIFICATION & SALARY PLAN — EXHIBIT A-1 RESO.
