The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to accept, on behalf of the <br />City, the easement deed from the property owner (in a form approved by the City Attorney) <br />conveying to the City that certain real property shown on "Exhibits C and D." <br />4. Upon acceptance of the easement deed described in paragraph 3 hereof, <br />the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to record, or cause to be recorded, a <br />certified copy of this resolution together with the aforesaid easement deed pertaining <br />thereto in the office of the County Recorder, County of San Mateo, California. <br />5.
