05/20/2019 14. Tree Survey - Provide a tree survey that identifies type, diameter at breast height (DBH), condition and location prior to building permit issuance. [COA] [PLANNING] 15. Tree Protection - Provide tree protection measures for ordinance -sized trees near the project and show these measures on the building permit plans. [COA] [PLANNING] 16. Tree Removal Permit - Obtain a Tree Removal Permit for the removal and tree trimming of all ordinance -size trees (number, type and location) defined within the City's Tree Preservation Ordinance prior to building permit issuance. [SDR][PLANNING] 17. Street Trees - Street trees of 24 -inch box size shall be planted along Bay, Chestnut, Broadway and Woodside frontages. The number, tree species and location will be determined by the City Engineer and Planning Manager. These improvements shall be included as part of the building permit submittal package. Stormwater Runoff - Post -construction runoff into the storm drain shall not exceed pre - construction runoff levels.
