Based on input from Fehr & Peers, the City, and OP AC, the MIG urban design
team will develop feasible options for street design, including potential changes to the pedestrian bridge, road
and sidewalk configurations, and other physical aspects of the study area. The streetscape scenarios will also
illustrate amenities that can be provided, such as street trees or crosswalks, to help the community envision
what the future street might look like.

MIG will provide a full-color electronic drcift of the streetscape plan in Adobe PDF and Adobe Illustrator format to the City for
review, and will then complete one round of edits before presenting the plan to the community for review. The Ciry will also have
the option of reviewing and commenting on draft concepts and ideas at the Pro/ect Team meetings as the plans progress.

C6: Final Streetscape Plans

Deliverable #15: Final Streets cape Plans Due qy: December 2008

Based on the feedback on the draft streets cape plans, the MIG Team will develop up to three (3) final
streetscape scenarios for the project area, with approximate cost estimates for each option.

MIG will provide a full-color electronic copy of the final streetscape plan in Adobe PDF and Adobe Illustrator format to the
City for review, and will then complete one round of edits before finaliifng the plan.

C7: Draft Community Mobility Report

Deliverable # 16: Draft Mobility Report

Due qy: September 2008

The MIG Team will create a concise, readable, highly graphic plan that can be readily understood and used by
a decision maker, citizen, developer, or city staff member.
