<br />C5: Draft Streetscape Plans <br />Deliverable #14: Draft Streets cape Plans <br /> <br />Due l?J: September 2008 <br /> <br />The MIG Team will use the input gained in the street design charette to develop up to three (3) design <br />scenarios for the project area. Based on input from Fehr & Peers, the City, and OP AC, the MIG urban design <br />team will develop feasible options for street design, including potential changes to the pedestrian bridge, road <br />and sidewalk configurations, and other physical aspects of the study area. The streetscape scenarios will also <br />illustrate amenities that can be provided, such as street trees or crosswalks, to help the community envision <br />what the future street might look like. <br /> <br />MIG will provide a full-color electronic drcift of the streetscape plan in Adobe PDF and Adobe Illustrator format to the City for <br />review, and will then complete one round of edits before presenting the plan to the community for review. The Ciry will also have <br />the option of reviewing and commenting on draft concepts and ideas at the Pro/ect Team meetings as the plans progress. <br /> <br />C6: Final Streetscape Plans <br /> <br />Deliverable #15: Final Streets cape Plans Due qy: December 2008 <br /> <br />Based on the feedback on the draft streets cape plans, the MIG Team will develop up to three (3) final <br />streetscape scenarios for the project area, with approximate cost estimates for each option. <br /> <br />MIG will provide a full-color electronic copy of the final streetscape plan in Adobe PDF and Adobe Illustrator format to the <br />City for review, and will then complete one round of edits before finaliifng the plan. <br /> <br />C7: Draft Community Mobility Report <br /> <br />Deliverable # 16: Draft Mobility Report <br /> <br />Due qy: September 2008 <br /> <br />The MIG Team will create a concise, readable, highly graphic plan that can be readily understood and used by <br />a decision maker, citizen, developer, or city staff member. The plan will outline and summarize the salient <br />points from the above work tasks with text, maps, diagrams, and illustrations, and it will include technical <br />appendices where appropriate. The plan will also note approximate costs of any improvements proposed. <br /> <br />MIG will provide the first drcift version of the plan in Adobe PDF and Adobe Illustrator format to Redwood City for review <br />and initial edits. The Team will then present the second draft to the community for review and comments. <br /> <br />C8: Final Community Mobility Report <br />Deliverable #17: Final Mobility Report <br /> <br />Due qy: December 2008 <br /> <br />Based on results of previous tasks and workshops, the MIG Team will make two sets of revisions to the draft <br />plan ([ask C7) and will develop a final mobility plan for approval and distribution. <br /> <br />MIG will provide the final plan to Redwood City in a full-color Adobe PDF and Adobe Illustrator format with the City's <br />needs. <br /> <br />MOORE IACOFANO GOL TSMAN, INC.
