6.1D Page 60 The Director is authorized to attach reasonable time, place and manner conditions, consistent with this Code to the issuance of a Courthouse Square Event Permit. Violation of Permit Conditions Whenever a Permittee or those under the control of the Permittee violate any condition contained in the permit, the Police Department, Community Development Director or his/her designee may revoke the permit. It shall be unlawful for any person to continue to engage in an activity for which a permit was required and issued after the permit has been revoked pursuant to this Section, provided, however, th~H::n.? person shall be in violation of this Code until notice has been given that the perf)Jifhas"been revoked. Permit-Denial or Revocation The Director may deny any application for a Courtt}.~U$,~Square a Courthouse Square Event Permit for any of th~following grounds: 1. Fraud, misrepresentation, or any false ent d~.Jnformation c'ined in the application for the Courthouse Square Eve~.~~1Jllfor, in the carrying out of the Courthouse Square event in a way not consisfeij~;with the application; 2. Failure to comply with the proJi:$f~~~:8f this Code; 3.
